Equipment Operator
Marquette Mineral is looking for an individual to fill an Equipment Operator position in Marquette, Michigan. We are looking for an operator who is self-motivated and is willing to do hands-on physical and mechanical work when required. There will also be opportunities for some groundwork when required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate loaders, excavators, rock trucks, and other equipment; perform daily checks and routine maintenance.
Feed the crusher and handle material tasks including loading, hauling, stockpiling, hammering, pulverizing, and maintaining roadways and blast areas.
Work safely and ensure compliance with all company, environmental, and regulatory requirements (MSHA, OSHA, EGLE).
REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work efficiently, safely, and adapt to fast-paced or stressful environments, both independently and as part of a team.
Requires prolonged sitting or standing, frequent walking, climbing, bending, crouching, and lifting.
