HVAC Service Technician -- IMMEDIATE OPENINGS -- $2500 Signing Bonus (Austin)

Established HVAC company in Texas has immediate openings for EXPERIENCED service technician in the AUSTIN TX area. Qualified applicants should possess the following:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Tech
* EPA Certified
* Clean driving record
* Clean criminal record (no felonies)
* TDLR Card - Eligible to be registered with the state
* Must provide your own tools (Company offers a tool purchase plan if necessary)
* Experience working with home warranty companies preferred, but not required
* Willingness to work Saturday during the busy season (Summer)
* Emergency on-call rotation once a month
* Expect a minimum of 6 completed service calls per day
* 7% commission on equipment sales
* 50% commission for cleanings sold and done yourself
* Equipment change outs and retro-fits done by install crews, not technician.

We offer a very competitive hourly wage starting at $27.00 to $37.00 per hour based on experience as well as company vehicle with fuel card.
