Supportive Living Services (ILS&SLS): One-on-one coaching and support to help individuals develop everyday life skills such as personal care, hygiene, cooking, time management, and more
Supplemental Day Services Support : Supplemental Day Services Support provides personalized, one-on-one assistance for participants who benefit from extra help to stay engaged, active, and confident throughout their day.
Community-Based Day Services 1:3 Ratio:A fun, structured program that promotes social engagement, life skills development, and meaningful community participation through creative group activities and outings.
In-Home Day Services: Personalized, structured support and enrichment provided directly in the participant’s home — ideal for those who prefer or require a more comfortable, familiar setting.
Duties
- Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform ongoing interventions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings
- Assist with intake procedures, initial patient assessments, and ongoing progress reports to support comprehensive care
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in clinical or home-based settings is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral psychological assessments
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance
- Experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a strong asset
- Background in special education or behavioral health services enhances your ability to tailor interventions effectively
- Home-based behavioral experience is advantageous for understanding diverse environments and family dynamics
