About Us
Harper is more than one company—we're a growing family of businesses focused on roofing, real estate, and construction throughout Central Florida.
We're looking for an energetic, creative Content Creator who loves social media, enjoys being behind the camera, and wants to help build recognizable local brands. If you're the type of person who notices great lighting, enjoys creating Instagram Reels or TikToks, and likes telling stories through video, we'd love to meet you.
This is not a desk job. You'll be out filming beautiful homes, exciting construction projects, roof transformations, community events, local businesses, and the people who make our companies successful.
What You'll Do
- Film short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Capture photos and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit engaging videos with captions, music, and graphics
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Help develop monthly content calendars
- Attend listings, construction sites, roofing projects, and company events
- Brainstorm creative marketing ideas with ownership
- Organize digital media and maintain our content library
- Monitor social media engagement and help grow our online presence
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative and self-motivated
- Comfortable using an iPhone and/or professional camera equipment
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experienced with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable interacting with clients, Realtors, homeowners, and team members
- Willing to learn and grow with a fast-paced company
Drone experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Experience creating social media content
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Portfolio or examples of your work required
- Photography or videography experience is a plus
