Focus People Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a client in Alpharetta.. This role is in a regulated manufacturing environment where accuracy, cleanliness, and attention to detail are extremely important.
The Production Associate will help assemble, inspect, package, label, sterilize, and prepare medical device components while following written work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
Assemble, inspect, package, seal, sterilize, and box products and components
Follow written work instructions and quality procedures
Review work orders and verify correct labels are used
Place products in the proper areas before and after QA release
Follow Good Documentation Practices
Follow ISO, FDA, GMP, and company quality requirements
Maintain hygiene, safety, and gowning standards for the assigned work area
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred
1–2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience preferred
Medical device, FDA-regulated, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, procedure-driven environment
Ability to stand for part of the shift
Ability to lift 5–25 lbs.
Strong visual attention to detail required
Color recognition is required
Minimal computer/keyboard use
Must be able to follow safety, hygiene, and gowning requirements
