As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative, you'll meet with customers, introduce AT&T Fiber internet solutions, answer questions, and guide customers through a simple and professional enrollment process. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Enrollment Representative
- Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T Fiber internet services and learn about their connectivity needs.
- Explain AT&T Fiber features, speeds, pricing, and available service options in a clear and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring applications are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
- Build positive relationships by delivering professional customer service and a great overall experience.
- Learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills while working toward individual and team enrollment goals.
