Allstar Community Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PLPC or LMSW to join our growing behavioral health team.
Position: Behavioral Health Professional (PLPC or LMSW)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation.
- Deliver services in the community, office, school, or home settings as appropriate.
- Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and treatment team members.
- Maintain productivity standards while providing quality, client-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana PLPC or LMSW license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Passion for serving children and families in the community.
