Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who brings creativity, structure, and a love of learning into the classroom. This role involves planning and delivering high-quality instruction, building strong relationships with students and families, and contributing to a collaborative school culture.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and parents
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly faculty meetings
- Integrate hands-on, experiential learning opportunities
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license (required)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and social growth
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Experience Preferred
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and student-centered learning approaches
