Job Summary
Safe Homecare is hiring Caregiver's to better service our higher end clientele in the Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Stuart, Port Saint Lucie areas. These clients expect more than standard caregiver services, they want you to go above and beyond the normal expectations of the job at a concierge level. They pay top dollar to get the best of the best, and we are looking for just that. Keep in mind that we would never ask you to do anything that we wouldn't do in our client's homes, but we are looking for professional, experienced, representable, high quality caregivers for our concierge level service. We are looking to pay top dollar for these types of cases as well.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans
- Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
- Observe and document patient condition, report changes to RN Supervisor promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the living environment through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
- Operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers safely (training provided)
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being
- Follow HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Assist with specialized care such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, or hospice care as needed
- Communicate, interact, and engage with the clients and their families
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, home health, hospice care, or long-term care preferred
- active CNA or HHA license
- Certification in CPR and First Aid required
- Experience working with individuals with memory care needs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and operate mobility aids safely
- Strong observational skills for patient safety and health status updates
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience as an HHA or CNA doing hospice, homecare, or home healthcare.

Pay: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour
