We are looking for compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTRs) who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and who share our commitment to excellence in patient care.
Qualifications
- Active and valid Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR) License
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Flexible, dependable, and understanding
- Passionate about working with pediatric patients and their families
- Committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on the therapist’s desired schedule and role, but can include:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for pediatric patients
- Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and re-evaluations in a timely manner
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home
- Work closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, and administrative staff to coordinate care
- Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and insurance requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Ability to Relocate:
- Miami, FL 33196: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
