Our private family dental practice is looking for a full time dental assistant.

DA Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):
- Chairside assisting - passing instruments and supplies, suctioning, making sure the correct instruments and supplies are set up and ready to go for the patient; cleaning up at the end of the appointment (*maintaining proper infection control, wearing appropriate PPE*)
- Procedures performed- fillings (amalgam and composite), cleaning, crown and bridge, implant restoration, dentures and partials.
- Computer software - We use the Eaglesoft program.
- Patient care - In all things, patient care and experience is #1 - helping to make the patient as comfortable as possible, reviewing post-operative instructions
- Operatory -make sure the operatory stays clean, well organized and properly stocked.
- Radiographs - proficient in taking proper dental radiographs as needed; **current license required.
