What You'll Do
As Site Leader, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of
the operation, including:

Building and developing a high-performing team

Creating a positive, engaging culture where team members thrive

Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day

Driving sales, memberships, and profitability

Managing scheduling, staffing, and daily operations

Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site appearance

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional retail car wash environment. Team members may work both indoors and outdoors and are exposed to noise, water, weather conditions, and car wash equipment during operating hours (7:00am-9:00pm Monday through Sunday).

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time

Able to move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
