40 Hours Varied between 7 am and 11 pm
Saturday or Sunday required, plus 4 weekdays and some holidays
Job Functions:
- Must be able to interact positively with residents and co-workers and perform the duties required to ensure the cleanliness of all rooms, lobbies, and other public areas.
- Position consitsts of room set-ups and tear-downs, as well as maintaining alldaily housekeeping duties
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, follow verbal, and written instructions
- Able to document in written form special instructions
- Perform basic math
- Ability to communicate well
- Neat appearance
- Willingness and ability to learn new task
- Good vision (corrected), good hearing (corrected) and ability to lift 50 pounds
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency certificate as issued by a State Board of Education
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license
- three to twelve (3-12) months' experience in related field
- Impact of decisions are minimal and limited to the mechanics of the position.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
