Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our team. The OTR Driver will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and freight across regional and nationwide routes while ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on long-distance routes
- Transport freight, equipment, and materials to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation
- Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with weight regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, project teams, and customers
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or delays promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned truck and trailer
- Practice safe driving habits and represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license required
- Clean driving record with a strong safety history
- Minimum of 2 years of OTR driving experience preferred
- Ability to travel for extended periods and work flexible schedules
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift, secure, and inspect loads as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Ability to climb in and out of truck cab and trailer safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Capable of working in varying weather and road conditions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
