As a Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning the fundamentals of sales and customer interaction in a retail setting. With ongoing support, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, from mentoring new team members to supporting campaign operations and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands inside partnered retail stores and assist customers face to face
- Provide accurate product details and answer customer questions
- Learn and apply foundational sales and customer service strategies
- Support in-store promotional events and maintain brand presentation standards
- Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction
- Begin training in leadership areas such as coaching, communication, and team coordination
