Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage existing accounts through proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute business development plans to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, direct sales, and upselling techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent analysis capabilities to understand client needs and craft compelling solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and deliver technical presentations confidently.
