We are currently looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to support our medical device production facility, specifically focusing on the upkeep of CNC machinery including Citizen Swiss, Tsugami Mill Turns, Makino 5 axis Mills, and Mori Seiki Mill Turns. In this position, you will be essential to maintaining the peak performance, reliability, and efficiency of the CNC equipment utilized to create our life-saving medical products.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Core Responsibilities-
Execute repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on CNC systems to help maximize uptime and keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.

Carry out regular tests and evaluations of machine parts to detect and resolve potential problems before they escalate.

Work alongside engineering and production staff to identify and fix equipment failures, helping to ensure production timelines remain on track.

Keep precise and current documentation regarding all maintenance tasks, such as part swaps, inspections, and completed repairs.

Support the setup and integration of new CNC machinery while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications-
At least two years of professional experience as a Maintenance Technician within a medical device or similar manufacturing setting, with a focus on CNC systems.

Skilled at diagnosing and resolving issues within mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems found in CNC machines.

Knowledgeable regarding control systems and programming for Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc platforms.

Highly organized with strong time-management abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Capable of working effectively both as an individual and as part of a team within a high-speed manufacturing facility.
