What You’ll Do
· Assemble high-reliability wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aerospace and defense applications
· Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with pride in quality
· Perform crimping, soldering, routing, and testing
What You Bring
· Proven experience building wire harnesses in a manufacturing setting
· Defense, Military, or Aerospace industry background a plus
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards (IPC/WHMA a plus)
· U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ITAR-compliant facility)

- Defense, Military and Aerospace: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- IPC-610 Certification (Preferred)
