Job Description
We are currently hiring a Paintline Worker for our 1st Shift team in Warminster, PA.
This position does NOT involve painting. The primary responsibility is removing parts from the paintline after they have been painted and preparing them for the next step in the production process.
This is a hands-on position that requires good attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Remove parts from the paintline after they have been painted.
- Handle finished parts carefully to prevent damage.
- Inspect parts for visible defects or issues.
- Organize and prepare parts for the next stage of production.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow production and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to maintain production flow.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
Steel-toe shoes are required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand and remain active during the shift.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
