We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing independent insurance agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping companies protect what they've worked hard to build.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Identify client exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, community involvement, and cold outreach.
- Work closely with agency account managers and carrier partners to deliver exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed new business production goals.
- Maintain knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Proven sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Commercial insurance experience is preferred but not required for highly qualified sales professionals.

Compensation
Base salary plus commission, or commission-focused compensation plans are available depending on experience and qualifications.
