Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the creation of high-quality products. In this role, the Production Line Worker supports the continuous manufacturing of gypsum board by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and performing material handling tasks. This role requires attention to safety, quality standards, and teamwork in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in gypsum board manufacturing
- Load raw materials and remove finished boards from the line
- Cut, stack, bundle, and prepare gypsum boards for packaging or shipment
- Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Adjust machine settings or notify supervisors of process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Follow all plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
- Record basic production or quality data as required
- Assist with routine equipment cleaning and minor maintenance
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work long shift, weekends, and overtime as required
- Previous manufacturing or production line experience
- Experience working in hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive bending, reaching, and manual handling
- Ability to work in a hot, cold, industrial environment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing plant with exposure to dust, heat, cold, noise, and moving equipment
- PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves)

Pay: $26.82 per hour
