Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or this may be waived by the building principal

Demonstrated aptitude for the tasks involved.

Certificate of good health from school physician.
Reports To: Principal
Job Goal: Through meaningful playground leadership, to enable students to enjoy the group interaction and physical exercise which are an integral part of the district educational program.
Performance Responsibilities:

Supervises students at playtime and maintains a harmonious atmosphere on the playground.

Organizes group games and activities.

Assumes responsibility for play equipment.

Take part in in-service training programs.

Directs movement of groups to and from playground.
Terms of Employment: Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Classified Personnel.
