About the Role
We are looking for an experienced operator to join our Tolleson team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Gonderflex Die Cutting Machines for Flexographic printing.
We are looking for the following shift:
Monday – Thursday 5:00AM to 3:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and machinery for production processes
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Proficiency in operating power tools and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and reliability (attendance is a must)
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with standing, lifting, bending and repetitive tasks
- PPE required as applicable (Hair Nets, Beard Nets and Ear Plugs are provided and required, Safety Shoes: subsidized after passing probation)
