Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Form Setter to join our team. This position plays a critical role in constructing forms that shape and support concrete structures such as foundations, walls, curbs, and slabs. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced construction environments and takes pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures

Set forms to line, grade, and elevation using levels and layout tools

Install and secure rebar and wire mesh reinforcement as required

Brace and align forms to ensure stability during concrete placement

Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes

Strip, clean, and reuse forms after concrete has set

Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe job site

Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of concrete form setting experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts

Familiarity with formwork systems, hand tools, and power tools

Strong understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred) [

Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable with strong teamwork skills

Must be willing to travel as needed
