Brentwood Originals, a family owned company founded in 1958, is a decorative pillow manufacturer with locations across the United States. We are growing and are looking for a Production Supervisor to be a key part of our factory’s leadership team. You will bring people skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production employees in manufacturing environment.
- Meet daily production goals. Adjust the plan appropriately as the requirements may shift from day to day.
- Function in a demanding production environment. Ask questions that will help your team succeed.
- Motivate and direct others to achieve maximum results.
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
- Work overtime daily and on Saturday's during peak season
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years’ manufacturing experience
- Experience leading in a manufacturing role: 2 years
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
