Responsibilities
- Mix, knead, and prepare dough using modern baking techniques
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers
- Ensure all products are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations.
- Package baked goods for wholesale distribution while maintaining presentation quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area in compliance with food safety management standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production
- Familiarity with various baking tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry.
- Experience with high-volume production environments preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines
- Prior kitchen experience in a bakery, restaurant, or catering setting is highly desirable.
