Nightclub Bartender – Friday & Saturday Nights
Cananas Nightclub is looking for an experienced, reliable bartender to join our team for Friday and Saturday nights.
We are looking for someone who works quickly, stays organized under pressure, and provides professional customer service in a fast-paced nightclub environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $15 per hour plus tips
- Primary schedule: Friday and Saturday nights
- If you are looking for additional hours, we can happily accommodate you with shifts at one of our sister businesses, depending on availability.
Requirements
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Must have a valid alcohol server permit / liquor license
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must know how to prepare common cocktails, mixed drinks, shots, beer, and other bar beverages
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume nightclub environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights
- POS and cash-handling experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Maintain consistent drink quality during busy periods
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, cups, and other supplies as needed
- Work closely with other bartenders, servers, security, and management
- Handle high-volume rushes while remaining calm and professional
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Help with opening and closing bar duties as assigned

The ideal bartender is fast, dependable, friendly, and confident behind the bar. You should be able to multitask, communicate well with the team, and keep customers moving during busy nightclub hours.
