Three Ducks is a boutique 12-room hotel in the heart of Westhampton Beach, where personalized service and exceptional cleanliness are at the center of every guest experience.
Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every guest room and common area is spotless, welcoming, and ready for arrival.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and appreciates the satisfaction of creating beautiful spaces.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Three Ducks' quality standards
- Change linens and make beds
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and guest amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
- Restock guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including the Barn, and outdoor common areas
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Work efficiently to meet daily room turnover schedules
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Weekend and holiday availability required
