Conductsreal-timeobservation and surveillance on grounds at The Thoroughbred Center tomonitorhorse and trainer activitieswhile supporting the roles ofThe Thoroughbred CenterDirector and Clocker positions.

Activelymonitorsracetrack surfaces and all participants, equine and human, during racing and training activities for safety compliance

Activelyparticipatesin population documentation and validation of equine census in stabling areasprimarily focused on compliance atThe Thoroughbred Centerin cooperation with stable office and management teams.

Documentsand recordstimed public works captured onThe Thoroughbred Centergroundsin accordance withinventory management practices thatmaintainthe standards for meeting compliance requirements for publishing those workouts.

Entry of data for compliance andaccuratereporting in the Equibase System and the In Compass Track Manager System.

WorkswithThe Thoroughbred CenterDirector and EquineSafety Compliance Lead of active monitoringand inspectionof the equine population(to include microchip validation)assigned to individual trainers stabled atThe Thoroughbred Centerin compliance to itsstandardsheld inThe Thoroughbred CenterStable agreement.

Maintainsan accurate record of any TB horses presented outsideThe Thoroughbred Centerinventory for timed public works and acquisition of required documentationpriorto access ofThe Thoroughbred Centersurfaces for exercise or training, in accordance with direction from Vice President of Equine Safety and/orThe Thoroughbred CenterDirector.

Must bewilling to work with Equine Safety team members throughout the year as may bedesignatedby the Vice President of Equine Safety or the Equine Safety and Compliance Lead on the grounds at Keeneland for racing and/or sales
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess Kentucky Driver's License and be able to attain a Kentucky Horse Racing License in which Keeneland will provide at the time of hire.
