Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled millwork fabricator. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of custom millwork pieces. You will work closely with our design and production teams to bring projects to fruition. Ensuring every piece meets our high standard of quality and precision.
Duties
- Fabricate custom millwork items including cabinetry, moldings, and other woodwork components.
- Set up and operate woodworking machinery and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specification to accurately produce millwork products.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet project requirements.
- Sand, finish, and assemble wood products with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Millwork fabrication or related field.
- Proficient in the use of woodworking tools and machinery.
- Strong understanding of wood types, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
