The Saunders Insurance Agency is hiring a Sales Producer to join our growing team!
We have two insurance agencies and are looking to grow our Sales Team! We provide Auto, Home, other personal insurance and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Advisor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and driven by both results and service.

Compensation:

Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up with new and existing leads via phone, email, and text
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Educate clients clearly and confidently (no pressure tactics)
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (comfortable on the phone)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable following a process and using systems/CRM tools
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Able to balance empathy with confidence when closing sales
-Currently has a Property and Casualty license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
