The Opportunity
Healthy Living Spas is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager - Sales to lead our Lafayette showroom. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys selling, working directly with customers, leading a team, and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations. The successful candidate will help drive showroom sales while maintaining a professional, organized, and customer-focused retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive showroom sales and work directly with customers throughout the sales process.
- Develop and support sales strategies designed to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Lead, coach, and support sales and store staff to encourage strong performance and customer service.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, organization, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate product availability, stock levels, and related support products.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and related products and services.
- Support marketing promotions, special events, community activities, and other efforts designed to generate leads and showroom traffic.
- Track sales activity and provide sales and operational information to ownership.
- Coordinate with other company functions as needed to support a positive customer experience from sale through delivery and service.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, safety practices, and applicable requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required; OR a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work the Tuesday-Saturday showroom schedule.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $45,000 per year plus sales commission
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Work Location: 422 Sagamore Pkwy N, Lafayette, IN 47904
- Start: Immediate
