Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the hotel
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces with prompt attention to detail
- Handle linen management efficiently by collecting soiled linens and replacing them with fresh items
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and eco-friendly products
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep cleans when needed to uphold high standards of hygiene
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts
