Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious candidates to join our field service team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing cellular towers and related telecommunication infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecommunications projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair cellular towers and antennas for 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks .
- Climb towers using safety harnesses and adhere to all safety protocols during field service operations.
- Assist with cabling/ Antenna installation, grounding, and system testing
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures related to climbing, and other technical tasks
Requirements
- No previous experience in telecommunication field service or tower climbing roles required.
- Must possess ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and adhering to strict safety standards

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
