NurseFlow is a growing New York healthcare staffing agency that connects healthcare facilities with qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
As we continue expanding throughout New York, we are looking for experienced healthcare staffing business development professionals who already have relationships within the healthcare industry and are ready to help grow NurseFlow.
Who We’re Looking For
We are ONLY looking for professionals with experience selling healthcare staffing services.
Ideal candidates already have relationships with:
- Nursing Homes
- Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Rehabilitation Centers
- Assisted Living Facilities
- Hospitals
- Healthcare Organizations
If you have never sold healthcare staffing services before, this position is probably not the right fit.
Available Territories
We are hiring one representative per territory throughout New York.
Please indicate in your application which ONE territory you would like to represent.
Current territories include:
- New York City
- Long Island
- Westchester & Rockland
- Hudson Valley
- Albany / Capital Region
- Syracuse / Central New York
- Rochester / Finger Lakes
- Buffalo / Western New York
- Southern Tier / Binghamton
- North Country / Mohawk Valley
Each representative will focus on developing relationships and growing business within their assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with healthcare facilities within your assigned territory.
- Meet with nursing home administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), staffing coordinators, HR departments, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce NurseFlow’s staffing solutions.
- Secure new staffing agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities.
- Expand existing client accounts.
- Represent NurseFlow professionally within your territory.
Compensation
This is NOT a salaried position.
This is a 100% performance-based commission opportunity.
You will earn commissions based on the business you generate.
There is no salary and no cap on your earning potential.
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous healthcare staffing sales experience.
- Existing relationships within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships with nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, or hospitals.
- Proven history of generating new healthcare staffing business.
