Shift: 1st shift no weekends
Job Description
- Conduct skills and psychoeducational groups assigned to meet each client's
challenges and needs
- Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools
- Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to keep track of client challenges
- Escalate any significant client concerns to Clinical Director

Qualifications
- Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II and/or III, or bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Human Services required
- Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- Strong presence and sound judgement
- Warm, dignified and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles
