RoadRunner Express Car Wash Service Associate Job Description
Summary of Position
Whether you’ve been in the industry or are new to car washing, a Car wash service associate position with a Road Runner Express will put you in a position to succeed in a rapidly growing company. Car wash service associates (CSAs) are responsible for washing cars, ensuring effective operation of the Roadrunner Express Car Wash, maintaining customer satisfaction, and other duties as assigned. CSAs spend much of their time working outside and on their feet.
Responsibilities:
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Participate in wash process utilizing car wash equipment, Frequently exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather), Frequently exposed to loud noise, Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl, Greet customers courteously Explain available wash services, Take and process payments, Pre-wash exterior areas of cars Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment, Perform cleaning of the facility, Assisting customers, Directing cars into the wash area, Carrying out visual inspections of vehicles for pre-existing defects and or damage, Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to while carrying out given tasks daily, Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung, Selling memberships, carrying out other tasks as directed by management, Display courteous and professional attitude Ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends Ability to work standing for long periods of time Frequently required to lift/push/carry more than 50 pounds Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers Continually work near moving mechanical parts Perform other duties as required and/or assigned Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills (Required)
Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
