Job Summary
This is a combination mobile and foot patrol posting; candidates must be able to perform a foot patrols for the duration of their shift.
General Duties:
Inspections of Common Areas (Trash Enclosure, Vacancy Units, Roof Access)
High Visibility
Hourly Reporting of Water Backflow Valves
Completion of Checkpoint Tours
Customer Service
Respond to Calls for Service
Trespasser Activity
Parking Enforcement
Work w/ Vendors
