Call Center Rep
Location: Dallas, TX
Marathon Staffing is hiring a Call Center Rep to be a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees, constituents, and the public. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely, professional manner
- Follow call center scripts to ensure accurate information for different topics
- Listen to callers, identify needs, clarify details, and research issues to provide solutions
- Maintain a calm, helpful approach—especially when calls are complex or urgent
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to manage large call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass an extensive background check
