Duties
- Operate cash register and POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately.
- Handle cash drawer operations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, be friendly and polite
- Make sandwiches, pizza, prep food
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and taking phone orders
- Maintain store cleanliness, sweeping, mopping, dusting etc
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience but willing to train
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of convenience store procedures such as stocking, cashiering, cash handling, and maintaining a clean work environment.
