Only candidates with prior residential HVAC service experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, management, and customer service.
- Maintain a productive, positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
- Follow company processes and safety procedures.
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC field experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance
- Ability to lift 55 pounds or more when required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening in a drug-free workplace
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
