Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a witness during client document executions, ensuring that the signing process is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care. In addition, this position will provide light administrative support to the firm as needed. As part of our mission, this role helps clients feel confident and supported as they take important steps to secure their families’ futures through Relational Estate Planning®. This is an entry-level position, and no prior legal experience is required.
Location: Winchester, VA
Position Type: Part-time (16 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays only)
Pay: $15 - $17 an hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Greets clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office.
- Handles other administrative tasks, including proofreading, drafting correspondence, and other documents.
- Witness document signings to meet Virginia law standards.
- Scan executed documents and file them accordingly.
- Prep documents to be mailed.
- Tidy up conference rooms after each use.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
Skills:
- Able to listen actively
- Emotionally intelligent to understand client's needs and problems
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office and related cloud-based software products
- Strong organizational skills to manage follow-up with clients
- Detail-oriented and efficient
