Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Soccer Coaches to Join the Paris Saint Germain Academy in the Evanston and North Shore locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background/ Knowledge in Soccer, focusing on educating and empowering kids from ages 4 to 15. This role requires individuals who are skilled in their respective disciplines and possess excellent behavior management and coaching abilities. As a coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment while promoting physical fitness and personal growth for the players.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for classes in Soccer.
- Educate students on the importance and fundamentals of Soccer and the best way to Excel.
- Manage teams' behavior effectively to ensure a respectful and productive environment.
- Being able to manage a group of 12-15 players. Provide individualized attention to players to help them improve their skills and confidence.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitions to enhance players' performance.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among players through soccer coaching principles and the PSG Methodology which will be share with you.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide a clean background check.
Experience
- Proven experience in playing, teaching, or coaching soccer.
- Background in sports coaching or behavior management is required.
- Experience working with children.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
