Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling and support to individuals specifically between the ages of 10-99. This role involves utilizing various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing their behaviors and emotions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for each client
- Offer individual and group counseling sessions
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities on personal growth and skill development
- Manage conflicts and facilitate resolution among clients
Skills
- Proficient in psychotherapy techniques
- Experience in behavior management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to perform crisis intervention effectively
- Strong skills in medical documentation
- Expertise in mental health counseling
- Experience in individual and group counseling

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $105.00 per hour
