Duties include: Preparing ingredients, adhering to menus and recipes. Following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean dishes and the kitchen, assist other cooks and staff. The right kitchen assistant will be able to bring forward great customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to care about plated presentation, cleanliness, and the overall satisfaction of the customer they are cooking for and serving.
