Position Overview
Midwest Janitorial Service is seeking a dependable and motivated Area Supervisor to support operations across multiple customer locations. This position is responsible for supervising cleaning crews, conducting quality inspections, training employees, responding to customer needs, and helping ensure excellent service delivery.

Advancement Opportunities
Schedule
- Typical start time between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM
- Primarily second-shift hours
- Generally 35–45 hours per week
- Additional hours may be available based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Start crews at assigned facilities
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met
- Train and support new employees
- Fill in at accounts as needed
- Assist with special projects and customer requests
- Communicate with employees and management regarding service issues
- Help maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the branch office
- Ability to lift 20–30 pounds, bend, squat, and stand throughout the shift
- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning, maintenance, or supervisory experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
