The Role
This isn't a "keep the lights on" DON job. We need someone who can run a tight ship clinically, keep us audit-ready without breaking a sweat, and lead a nursing team through the real, high-stakes work of residential addiction treatment. If you thrive on structure, love mentoring nurses, and know your way around a state survey like the back of your hand, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Run nursing operations for our residential addiction treatment program, day in and day out
- Keep us sharp on NJ state licensing, DMHAS, and Joint Commission standards
- Own survey readiness so audits are a formality, not a fire drill
- Build out nursing policies, protocols, and training that actually stick
- Team up with clinical and administrative leadership to keep patient care top-notch
- Manage staffing and scheduling like the pro you are
What You Bring
- Active, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey (required)
- BSN preferred
- Real experience managing nursing staff in addiction treatment, detox, or residential behavioral health
- A solid grip on regulatory and compliance requirements in this space
- Leadership chops and communication skills that get people to actually follow you
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
