Position Summary
Presbyterian Village North is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This position manages full-cycle recruiting and partners with hiring leaders to attract and hire talented individuals who support our mission and the residents and communities we serve.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support a variety of positions across the organization, including clinical, professional, leadership, hospitality, and high-volume roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting from approved requisition through accepted offer and transition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Proactively source qualified candidates using our ATS, job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting resources.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate selection decisions, and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines for frequently recruited and hard-to-fill positions.
Provide hiring managers with guidance on interviewing, candidate selection, and recruiting best practices.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
Monitor recruiting activity, aging requisitions, hiring barriers, and key talent acquisition metrics.
Participate in career fairs, hiring events, campus recruiting, and community outreach.
Develop relationships with colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, and other community partners.
Support employer branding and initiatives that strengthen Presbyterian Village North’s ability to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure recruiting practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with Forefront Living policies and values.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Three (3) or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
Healthcare, senior living, or high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to candidate experience, customer service, confidentiality, and follow-through.
