The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing tasks to support Rhyme’s Sales Department, specifically focused on processing sales orders and corresponding paperwork, as well as entering data into multiple systems. The incumbent will work closely and communicate with Client Managers, Contracting, and Service to successfully complete the machine movement process from sale to installation. They will also be responsible for maintaining required reporting for Rhyme’s vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Office Location: Portage
- Review and process sales orders, including: confirming accuracy of configuration, reviewing inventory for product currently in stock, creating purchase orders, processing orders with vendors, receiving purchase orders following delivery of product, and processing invoices.
- Verifying best program pricing for all buying.
- Communicate the status of sales orders regularly with Sales and Service personnel.
- Collect, review and submit all necessary sales documentation to the contracting department.
- Scan and index completed Sales Packet into Global Search.
- Complete quarterly NASPO reporting through Sharp B2B for approval of special pricing.
- Enter data within E-Automate, including machine options, serial numbers, and installation and/or warranty dates and link to equipment files.
- Processing of monthly sales commissions in Sales ScoreKeeper.
- Send out post-installation CEO Juice Surveys.
- Process rebate claims with Vendors.
- Prepare Inter-Territorial paperwork to provide to servicing dealer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; basic Excel skills required.
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Professional communication and people relations skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, as necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in a sales support role.
- Experience with basic accounting.
