The Patch Boys is growing fast, and we are looking for experienced drywall repair technicians who take ownership of their work, show up on time, and treat customers with professionalism and respect.
This is not a “punch the clock” role. Our technicians are trusted to follow the assigned schedule, complete jobs on time, and deliver high-quality work in customers’ homes and businesses.

Who This Role Is NOT For

- People who struggle with punctuality or reliability
Core Responsibilities
- Complete drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and texture matching to a high standard
- Follow assigned schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time
- Communicate proactively if issues arise—no surprises
- Maintain a clean, respectful work environment in customers’ homes, following our prescribed procedures.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in drywall hanging, installation, patching, repair, finishing, and texture matching
- Painting experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
